Executive rental property
BDI Home Finders provide executive property rental services for both corporate and private individuals. If you are looking to rent, lease or to let an executive property in London, the South of England or anywhere in the UK, let our rental property finders do all the work for you.
Unlike other relocation companies, we offer a simple and straight-forward fixed fee structure, and we will carry on searching for a rental property for you until the job is done. There are no time constraints or fixed amount of days’ service.
During our rental property search process, our property finders will provide you with a selection of suitable properties that match your requirements and live up to your expectations! When we find the rental property that you want, we’ll use our professional negotiating skills to get you the lowest price and the best rental or lease agreement that’s available.
We also provide local area orientation, schools searches, help with finding a local doctor, and whatever else is necessary to settle you into your new accommodation.
Clients
We work up to and including board level with a number of major corporations. We also find short term rental properties for people relocating or moving to the UK from overseas.
Fee
Our fee is simple - six weeks rental plus VAT. A £500 retainer is due at the start of the search.
