Here’s how our flat fee service works:
We provide a personal service so you’ll only deal with one BDI Home Finder consultant.
First, you tell us about all your requirements for the property that you want to rent, how long you want to rent the property for, and the location or the general area where you want to rent a home.
Our house hunters then do all the research to find the best available properties to let that match or exceed your requirements. We’ll view the very best properties so that you sould only have to view two or three rental properties.
When you have decided on the house or flat that you want to rent, your BDI Home Finder consultant (a former estate agent) will negotiate the lowest possible rental price on your behalf. We will check the rental / letting agreement to make sure it’s all in order, if any changes are required we’ll negotiate with the landlord or the letting agents for you.
After signing your letting agreement we can recommend a removal company, an interior designer or any other service that will help you to move in. If you’re not familiar with the area where you are renting, we can provide information about the local schools, gyms and shopping areas; we can even find you a local doctor to register with.
On the day you move in to your rental home, your BDI Home Finder consultant will be there to help you, because our rental home finder service doesn’t stop till you move in!
