House Hunter
Make it brief
First, we ask you to brief us thoroughly on what you are looking for - taking into account details including your house hunter budget, preferred locations, lifestyle, schooling needs and architectural preferences. If you are relocating or looking to buy in an unfamiliar area, we will then accompany you on orientation visits to narrow down locations to the very best choices for you.
Shortlisting
Then we will thoroughly research all suitable properties for your house hunter - both those that are openly and quietly marketed - through our industry contacts. This process should take no more than two weeks. Long-listed properties are pre-viewed by your consultant, who will then present you with a shortlist. Once you have decided which you would like to see, we will arrange accompanied viewings to fit around your other commitments.
Negotiation
When the property of choice is found (we aim for within 12 weeks) we can negotiate on your behalf to secure the property at the best possible price. BDI Home Finders UK will then manage the purchasing process with solicitors, estate agents and other parties to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible. If required, we can even recommend industry professionals such as solicitors, financiers and building contractors.
Our work is only complete when you are happily ensconced in your new home.
Our house hunter consultants always work one-to-one with clients.
