House Hunter

Make it brief

When you engage our house hunters to find you a property, we ask you to brief us thoroughly on the type of property that you want to buy. We note all the details including your budget, your preferred locations, your lifestyle needs, any school requirements and your architectural preferences. Our house hunter consultants always work one-to-one with clients. So if you are relocating or looking to buy a home in an unfamiliar area, we will accompany you on orientation visits to narrow down locations to be the very best choices for you.

Shortlisting

Our house hunters will then completely research all suitable properties for you, including properties that are openly for sale and properties that are privately marketed - using our network of house hunters and estate agency contacts. This process should take no more than two weeks. Long-listed properties are pre-viewed by your BDI house hunter consultant, who will then present you with a shortlist of luxury properties that meet your criteria. Once you have decided which properties you would like to see, your BDI house hunter will arrange the viewings to fit around your schedule, and accompany you whilst you view each of the properties.

Negotiation

When your house hunter finds the property of your choice, we will negotiate on your behalf to buy the property at the best possible price. BDI Home Finders UK will then manage the property buying process with solicitors, estate agents and other parties to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible. If required, we can recommend industry professionals such as solicitors, surveyors, financiers and building contractors.

At BDI Home Finders, our work is complete only when you are happily ensconced in your new home.
