BDI Joins the APFBA

BDI Home Finders is a founding member of a new association of property professionals.
The APFBA (Association of Property Finders and Buyers Agents) has been set up to set standards and promote best practice in the industry.
"As one of the longest established UK homefinders, we know how valuable it is for home buyers to have professional representation in both their property search and negotiation," said Tracy Kellett of BDI Home Finders.
"For too long the UK property market has been dominated by estate agents, whose raison d'etre is to look after the property sellers' interests.
Buying agent
"The role of the property buying agent, once the elitest preserve of the rich and famous, is now becoming an increasingly mainstream service for everybody from first-time home buyers upwards, who recognise the value of having an expert homefinder on their side.
"As instructing property finders and buying agents becomes the norm, it is invaluable to have an organisation like the APFBA who can ensure best practices are enforced as well as to increase awareness of how value-added in every sense these services are to home-buyers".
