House Search Agent
A standard retainer of £1,500 + VAT pays for a consultant to work with you for up to six months or until completion. In the unlikely event that we are still searching for you after six months, £1,000 + VAT is due but this is wholly refundable from your end fee.
The rest of the fee is calculated by taking 1.25% + VAT of the final purchase price. This will be due on successful completion on your property. A minimum total fee of £6,500 + fee does apply.
There are no hidden costs as the retainer covers all of the expenses of your house search agent.
It is of course our aim to make our service self-funding through tough negotiating - we work for you and the better deal you get the happier we are. Why? Because we want you to recommend us to your friends and colleagues and come back and use our services again.
